Responsibilities :

  • The Associate Quality Engineer will be responsible for helping ensure product quality, through execution of product testing, and/or process/product standards compliance.
  • The position primarily focuses on Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management products. 
  • The individual will be directly working with the India & US based product teams and needs to demonstrate the ability to collaborate on basis for the right quality engineering practices. 
  • This individual is responsible to bring in technical skills in quality engineering to develop high quality product at his/her level.

Responsibilities include :

  • Production and execution of test cases, test scripts based on team requirement.
  • Continuously improve test scripts and test coverage to improve the quality.
  • Touch base with QA members, Developers and BA to understand testing requirement.
  • Logging the defects with necessary information to make the development understand the issue easily.
  • Participate in defect reviews and other team meetings actively.

Skill Set :

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1 to 2.5 years of strong software quality engineering experience
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle, testing methodologies, quality control, and quality assurance
  • Knowledge on functional and regression testing.
  • Team work and pro-activeness with good analytical skills.
  • Basic SQL knowledge.
  • Exposure to test case and defect management tools like TFS, MTM and ALM implementations
  • Strong team player with good verbal, written communication skills, and hunger to learn.
  • Exposure to Automation testing using Coded UI, Selenium, etc.
  • Experience working in the Agile Scrum Model
  • Health care domain Knowledge.
  • Worked on .NET based product testing would be added advantage.

Academic and professional qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant program of study required
  • Relevant post graduate qualifications and professional memberships preferred
