Who You Are

  • You are responsible for configuring, administering and scripting the ServiceNow ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) tool.
  • You are also responsible for troubleshooting, debugging, customizing, enhancing, creating forms and workflows in ServiceNow.
What you’ll do:

  • Designs and supports ServiceNow application solutions, with the proven understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) concepts to meet client requirements.

    • Specialty includes both Server and Client Scripting Components, creation of UI (User Interface), Database, developing Workflows, Integration - Midserver, Notifications, Content Management, Reporting, OOB (Out of the Box ) Engines, Access & Security, Scheduling, Deploying and Data Import.
